This statement describes how this website, operated for Susman Insurance Agency, handles information. Its effective date is July 19, 2024.

What the forms ask, and where a note goes

Depending on the page, a form here asks for a full name, an email address, an optional phone number, and a reply preference, and may add a ZIP code, a dwelling type, a household vehicle count, a main-use choice, a topic, a timeline, or a short written note. Never include Social Security numbers, driver-license numbers, payment or account details, medical information, passwords, or alarm and entry codes.

When a note passes the checks below, the website turns it into an email message addressed to one fixed, authorized agency mailbox; the message is handed off only when the mail service provider accepts it for that recipient. Visitors cannot redirect the sender or the destination. The website keeps no copy: form answers are not written to a site database, to browser storage, or to routine application logs. After accepted delivery, ordinary agency mailbox retention applies; this website creates no separate cleanup schedule of its own.

Automated request checks

Each form uses a short-lived computational check created for that page, timing rules, a hidden trap field, strict field validation, and per-source request limits. Network details are used transiently to run these checks and are not placed in the delivered message. A request that fails simply shows a brief note asking you to reload and try again.

Telephone calls

A call may be recorded for training or quality assurance, and you may ask at the start of a call not to be recorded. Recordings and client information are not shared with third parties or affiliates without legal authority. Client information is used inside the agency for agency purposes.

Text messages and announcements

Any text-message invitation will identify the brand, explain the expected message frequency, note that message and data rates may apply, and carry HELP and STOP instructions. Announcement messages can be stopped at any time, and agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying insurance.

Children

This website is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. A child under thirteen needs a parent or guardian’s permission before using this website.

How visits are measured

This website currently measures page visits over a same-domain path without using cookies. When a browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the measurement request is answered and discarded before any processing. For other visits, the measurement can record the page address stripped of query and fragment, the page title, a referrer trimmed of its query, screen size, browser capability signals, language, request timing, and a network address that is shortened before storage so the complete address is never kept; the shortened address can yield only a coarse location. Form answers are never part of measurement. Browsing is not linked across other websites. Raw visit records are deleted on a ninety-day schedule, while aggregate counts may persist longer.
